Teri Willey is an experienced executive and board member at Grow More that has focused on the restructure and transition of organizations and teams during times of risk and change. She has been an advisor to policymakers, universities and companies, is a past President of the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) and Teri served as Vice President of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory leading a new program for industry engagement, new ventures and intellectual property licensing.
