Detlef Weigel is an accredited developmental genetics researcher and Director of the Department of Molecular Biology at the world-renowned Max Planck Institute For Developmental Biology. His group is known for the generation of extensive genomic resources, such as the first haplotype map for a non-mammalian species. Detlef is also the co-founder of Computomics GmbH & Co. KG.
